Notes
brewed on 7/12/18. added grains to 1 gal of 157 water, steeped around 148-160 for 40 min.
rinsed quickly with hot water, squeezed bag by hand, brought to 3.25 gal to 150 deg, stirred in extract, brought to 3.75 for boil.
on day 3 already the SG is 1.013 and the krausen has fallen. It has been fermenting too hot, about 75deg.
racked straight into keg on day 4, dryhopped for 5 days
